meet Jordan Wake-a fashion journalist and consultant based in London who shares his most memorable moments in the fashion industry, what he’d say to young aspiring students entering the fashion industry, inspiration for his work and how to handle stressful days and more.

Jordans first job was a fashion merchandiser in new look, which is a massive contrast to where he is today. he was born and raised in Norfolk and by using a 30 second elevated pitch and his bubbly outgoing and confident personality was gifted an internship with the famous Hilary Alexander, former fashion director and journalist. Wake was a professional equestrian rider until he was until he was 19 when he decided to explore the route of fashion. he ate need university for fashion communications and promotion and instantly fell involve with fashion.

Jordan became Hilarys personal Assistant for 4 years, giving him an upper hand in learning all the ins and outs of the fashion industry alongside Hilary. Jordan says ‘the most important thing Hilary has taught him is to have enthusiasm, positivity, creativity and curiosity to approach any work, no matter how small
